From your first click to the key handover, here are the 12 steps of your import — each one visible in your customer area, at all times.

    Configuration & quote

    Indicative timing: day 0

    You build your vehicle (model, trim, color, options) and get the total turnkey cost from the simulator.

  2. 2

    Order & contract

    Indicative timing: days 1–3

    Clear contract signed, secured deposit paid, file opened in your customer area.

  3. 3

    Eligibility & file

    Indicative timing: days 3–7

    We check your eligibility (standard regime or CCR) and the vehicle's compliance, then assemble the regulatory file.

  4. 4

    Factory purchase in China

    Indicative timing: days 7–15

    Our agent orders the vehicle from the factory or authorized dealer at the negotiated price.

  5. 5

    Independent inspection

    Indicative timing: days 15–20

    Third-party quality check: photos, video, VIN, configuration compliance — everything is added to your file.

  6. 6

    Transfer to the port

    Indicative timing: days 20–30

    Inland transport in China to the departure port and booking of the sea freight (container or RoRo).

  7. 7

    Loading & shipping

    Indicative timing: days 30–35

    Secured loading, bill of lading (B/L) issued, loading photos in your area.

  8. 8

    Sea crossing

    Indicative timing: 30–40 days

    Real-time vessel tracking (position, ETA) right in your customer area — like a premium parcel.

  9. 9

    Arrival at the port of Algiers

    Indicative timing: days 65–75

    Unloading, port handling and preparation of the customs clearance.

  10. 10

    Customs clearance

    Indicative timing: 5–15 days

    Our forwarder files the declaration; taxes settled in line with the simulation. The DTD countdown is tracked day by day.

  11. 11

    Registration & preparation

    Indicative timing: 3–7 days

    Registration card, plates, final check, detailing — the vehicle is ready to drive.

  12. 12

    Turnkey delivery

    Indicative timing: day ~82

    Key handover at the agency or delivery in your wilaya, with the complete file and souvenir photos.
